„Das Gables ist ein interessantes altes Haus mit sehr viel Charme. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich eingerichtet oder ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz einer Lebensmittelallergie hatten wir ein perfektes Frühstück. Alles war hervorragend und gut. Die Lage war klasse mit der Tram war das Zentrum von Philly gut zu erreichen. Ich würde das Haus weiterempfehlen. Wer kein Hotel sondern das 'wirkliche, ursprüngliche ' will ist hier gut aufgehoben. “

„A special place, not comparable with other places. The equipment ist composed with a lot of love. But especially showering ist not so easy in a high bathtub with curtains all around. People are very friendly, breakfast ist served and tastes very good. If you love Victorian style, you should go there.“

„I had a great stay.. The hosts were kind and lovely and made me feel welcome from the first moment on. The only negative thing to say is that there is no public transportion and the host have to take u to the trainstation in media whenever u wanna go eat dinner or if u need to take the train to philadelphia. Otherwise that house is just a dream also the breakfast and the 2 dogs they have. I stood 3 nights and i felt like at home. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. If u wanna get around ...

„The house is lovely. Brian was an excellent and attentive host. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was recently remodeled. There were snacks and wine, tea, and water available in the evening. Because the room I was in did not have an en suite bathroom (although the bathroom was private), bathrobes were provided. I understand that most rooms in the house have en suite bathrooms. Limited parallel parking was available on the street at night; daytime parking was limited to 2 hours from 9 am ...

„Our group of four stayed here for our alumni class reunion. The pricing was much better than hotels for the weekend and it was great to be able to stay together as a group. The check-in process was so easy, and there are plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and things for a comfortable stay. I appreciated that the bathroom was stocked with a hair dryer and body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There are also a lot of comfortable chairs around the place. The 70s decor is kitschy in the best way ...
