Super fun bench bike! In the kitchen, enjoy a coffee bar, and Soda stream. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen gadgets. Instapot, Crock Pot, popcorn machine, snow cone maker, cotton candy maker and more. Unique handcrafted table from teak wood table to enjoy beautiful meals for special occasions.

Bedroom 3 - great quality, sturdy full over full bunk beds. Foosball for fun!
All beds with deluxe memory foam mattresses. Lots of nice pillows and sheets.

Primary Suite has a desk for working remotely, wireless charger, and whole house with super fast, top quality Xfinity WiFi. Smart TVs in living room, Primary suite bedroom, and Bedroom 2.

Primary suite bathroom is huge, with huge closet. Shower in master bathroom. Second bathroom upstairs has bathtub/shower. Half bath on the main floor.

The backyard has a new hot tub that seats up to 6 to enjoy in all seasons, with many jets and LED lights, and bluetooth speaker. Backyard has fire pit and outdoor seating. Also a new Weber natural gas grill! (no worries about propane). Relax in a swing chair in the back, or seating in the front porch or upstairs balcony. On windy days you can hear the waves from Lake MI from the porch.

Parking is free, on street and on cement slab next to the house. 3 car limit. If you have more cars than 3 please reach out about parking options. No RV parking allowed in our neighborhood. Contact free check in with wifi coded lock. We have ring door bell outside which has view of front door and front street.

We do have Alertify, a noise and smoke monitoring system that will alert us for high noise level or someone smoking inside the house. Smoking inside the house of any type is not allowed. If found to have smoked, guest is responsible for all cleaning costs to remove smell. The device does not record any conversations.

We do not give refunds due to weather. We strongly encourage everyone to buy travel insurance.
