The main level is made for gathering, with an open living area and indoor fireplace, a large dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. A bright indoor sunroom with a large cushioned couch offers another comfortable gathering space, while easy access to the pondside patio and BBQ grill makes indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze. The kitchen has grown-ups and little guests covered, with a dedicated coffee bar plus kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils.



Previously professionally managed, the home earned 5-star guest ratings and Guest Favorite recognition; we're now hosting it directly.



Guests consistently love how well the cottage works for families and groups. Designed as a modern lake-house cottage, it combines polished, inviting spaces with a layout that makes spending time together easy.



The primary bedroom includes its own ensuite bath, while the other bedrooms have their own character and themed touches that make the stay feel a little more special.



One of the home's best features is the separate lower-level suite, with its own bedroom, full bath, and additional sleeping space. It gives extended family or another part of the group a place of their own without feeling disconnected from everyone else.



Step outside to the pondside patio, enjoy the marina setting, walk to the beach, or head to the year-round indoor/outdoor pool.



The cottage works beautifully in every season, from summer beach days and holiday gatherings to fall-color weekends and spring escapes.



Beds accommodate 13 guests. Maximum occupancy is 16.



The nearest beach access is about a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive; with chairs, coolers, and other beach gear, driving is usually more convenient.



Boat, kayak, and golf cart/LSV rentals are also available.
