We are a newer short term rental in South Haven!

Charming and cozy, bright and fresh, Stone’s Throw is ready to host your family for a fun filled vacation. Our 900 sq foot home is a ‘stone’s throw’ from all the adventures and activities of South Haven!
We are about a 10 minute walk to downtown SoHa and a quick drive or bike ride to popular South Beach. And we are just a short distance to the many beaches, orchards, galleries, breweries and restaurants the area has to offer.
Enjoy our updated home with many amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay.
*Feel safe and confident in this *clean* and updated space. Washer/dryer in unit. Duvets and blankets and laundered after every stay.
*Relax in the hot tub, and rinse off sand in the hot water outdoor shower.
*Sleep well in the brand new beds and fresh linens.
*Cook in the modern kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill. Many extras included, for example a built in reverse osmosis water filter, Vitamix blender, and dishwasher.
*Savor the outdoors in a private, fenced in backyard that boasts a large patio, complete with plenty of outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, and corn hole game. *New storage shed availabe to store your bikes and other gear. We are haply to provide a 3D tour on request!

What a wonderful home to spend a long weekend in South Haven. Of all the homes we have stayed at, this was the most comfortable amd cozy. The kitchen was well stocked to cook anything and everything was well thought out so we did not need for anything. The owners were ahead of the game and communicated to us before we needed to (weather, early check-in, etc). Highly recommend and plan on staying here in the future.

Our stay was exceptional. We appreciated the owners’ care of the home, attention to detail, and cleanliness. So many small detail amenities were provided. The house is in a great location, close enough for a walk to town and a very easy drive or bike ride to the beach. The hot tub was fun and very clean. We appreciated the outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and the shed is filled with things to do. We had a great trip and hope to return.

This cottage was outstanding—truly one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in! It had everything we needed and so much more. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and supplies, and we appreciated the abundance of towels, cleaning supplies, and even beach chairs provided. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and the outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. Very clean, lots of backyard space to relax, and play games. (Corn hole, Jenga) We played lots of Cribbage.The beach chairs were very convenient for the beach. Check in was super easy. Well thought out floor plan. The kitchen had all the appliances that were needed. The beverage cooler was very handy. It freed up the fridge for extra food. The washer and dryer was great. All in all, a wonderful stay. The Host(s) thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent rental!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Easy to get around town- we did rent a golf cart to cruise around. Big thank you for making sure we had an extension cord. The owners thought of every potential need with this home; beach towels, beach bag, games, chip clips, down to make-up towels, oh- and a shoehorn that my son used everyday! The list goes on and on. Perfect Holiday Stay

Our family of five fit perfectly in this home for the few days we stayed between Christmas and New Years. Laura and Justin were incredibly gracious with their space and so helpful in their advice for hot spots in South Haven and beyond. We made it over to Bittersweet one day to ski. It was a first for our kids and we had the best time. Hitting the hot tub at the house that night after skiing was the best medicine! The home was stocked so well, including the games that we played for hours, laughing as a family (without the need of our phones for entertainment)! Truly a gem in South Haven. We hope to return to try out the beach in the summer some time!

A Perfect Get away

The place had everything we needed, from comfortable accommodations to essential amenities. The highlight of our stay was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Fantastic Family Vacation Home

This house was the perfect home for a family vacation by the Lake. The house is exactly as the photos show, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and the bikes. Communication with the owner was always quick and easy, checking into the house was really straightforward, the house is close to town and to the beach. We had a great stay and would fully recommend this house.
