„Das Hotel wirkt von außen leider wenig einladend und erinnert eher an ein Gefängnis. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir teilweise nur einen Satz Handtücher erhalten. Zudem hat die Schlüsselkarte mehrfach nicht funktioniert, was etwas umständlich war. Insgesamt besteht hier aus unserer Sicht Verbesserungsbedarf.“

„This flat is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very large and really pretty. We especially loved the location. We walked just up the street to Kelvingrove Park and had a lovely walk to dinner. I really liked the espresso machine and the hand soap smelled great. It was really neat to open the windows and look out over the street and catch the cool breeze. I would love to stay here again. It was our first visit to Glasgow, and it's now our favorite city we've ever visited.“

„This clean, comfortable, secure, and well-appointed flat is excellently located near both the subway and bus routes, and also has parking. We happily accessed both the city centre and the West End near the University of Glasgow and the Botanic Gardens, and we look forward to staying here again.
