Showcasing a bounty of waterfront views, this cozy retreat also offers direct water access, with a short set of concrete steps with a railing leading to a small beach area. Burlington attractions and entertainment are just a short drive away, and the home also offers easy day trips to Stowe or Bolton Valley for year-round mountain recreation.

At home, cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy some family entertainment with shows and movies on the living room TV. The back deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails after days on the lake. Plan family meals easily in the well-appointed full kitchen, which is also equipped with a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The loft area doubles as a bedroom space and a daytime reading nook, with a sunny furnished sitting area providing beautiful lake views through upper windows. Additional perks include forced air heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

When you want fresh produce, Shelburne Farms is four miles away, and Shelburne Orchards is seven miles away. Visit Church Street Marketplace (four miles) and Burlington Teddy Bear Factory, five and a half miles away, or spend the day in Stowe, less than 40 miles away. Perfect spot to view the eclipse
We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft.

Nice lakefront spot for a quick stay
We had a nice stay. The view is beautiful. The house was clean aside from well-worn furniture that is past it’s prime. Found the listing description a bit misleading in that it makes a point to reference using the fireplace, but firewood is not provided and isn’t available at the nearby grocery store. Also says pet friendly, but it turns out this is specifically dog friendly (not car friendly). Interactions with property management felt sterile and corporate—not very helpful.

Great House, Beautiful Views
Great house, beautiful views, and the best welcoming committee (the golden retriever next door). The location is perfect… secluded and yet close to everything. My only recommendation would be to have a broom available to sweep the hard floors as needed (I found a dustpan but no brush). Also, it would have been nice to know some of the amenities that weren’t mentioned (like a hair dryer and a cornhole set). We had such a wonderful stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful View Terrible Management Co
Check in -horrible. We drove over 5 fr RI w/ 2 dogs . We were given a pass code prior to visiting,pass code did not work. It took over 2 hrs for someone to contact us through text, the 800 number was busy, high call volume. After numerous texts/ tries w/ re-doing the pass code, it still did not work then I was told that I would be getting a phone call from management, We arrived at 5 o’clock. This is now coming around 8 o’clock on Thur. Finally about 830/9 ish someone from management contacted us via cell and his exact works were “ I’m the manager and keep gettin calls about an emergency, I’m on vacation “ not professional in my opinion. End result the keyless combo door lock wasn’t working and had to use the lock box key. Luckily during all this drama we found out the patio door was unlocked and was able to get in that way but it should not have been a problem initially! As for the house, exterior could use some clean up landscape was over grown, driveway is not paved or pebbled and with this weather it was a huge mud pit if you have a low car you would be stuck. Exterior and interior windows were dirty filled with webs and spiders both in and out ! Interior was surface cleaned only, needs a deep clean webs ,spiders/bugs were in every room in all the corners Walls need a scrub >marks/ dings , washer >mold in it, exhaust fan in bath- huge layer of dust on it. rugs=old/dirty we rolled up. Furniture -old , A+ on view/location. Probs>mgmt /clean/ update furn/ esp for the $

This place has it all!
This waterfront house is modern, clean and has water access and views! We found everything we needed or wanted in drawers and cupboards. We laughed about having our every wish fulfilled! Past comments convinced us to bring deck chairs and trash bags. These things were present. We loved it here!

Nice stay for a few days
Our stay here was part of a 3 state trip over 10 days. The home was very cozy for just the 2 of us-with only one bathroom I’m not sure it would be ideal for couples who are traveling together, but just fine for a small family. The two downstairs bedrooms (1Q, 1F) had window AC, as well as the living room, when we were there. They cooled the house effectively -it was low 80’s when we visited. Upstairs has just a ceiling fan & large floor fan, but we slept up there due to the beautiful views & high ceiling and had no issues with being too warm. Very clean except for cobwebs along ceilings/corners. Neighbors have erected a small fence to demarcate the lot line (and keep their friendly Golden Retriever in their yard). Great views of Adirondacks across the water! Would recommend to a friend.

Beautiful home
This house was clean and had a stunning backyard right on the lake. I’m only deducting a star because, as another reviewer stated, the management company gave canned responses when I messaged them and communication with them felt less efficient than it could have been. However, the house itself was beautiful and we highly recommend.
