Any time you stay somewhere unfamiliar it can be stressful. The communications from the host were continuous throughout our stay just to make sure everything was going fine. The hot tub was clean and warm even in negative temperatures. Our ice fisherman enjoyed our stay and we hope to book again ...

Lake House on Jose Lake
3rd year staying here and love everything about it. The location, the lake, the house, communication with the host. Love it

Lumber Jack Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Remodel improved the looks, did not like the shower setup, could not move the shower head. Hot water kept increasing almost to scalding level, no elevator available and the restaurant not open for breakfast was disappointing. Bar staff were very friendly
