The space:
There are four comfortably sized bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other bedrooms are on the second floor. The double twin bedroom is accessible only through the queen bedroom on the second floor. Every bedroom has a full-length mirror and a TV. Every bathroom has shower and/or bathtub with towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Three of the bathrroms are accessible through a bedroom and the last bathroom is in the hallway on the first floor.

There are also four office desks and high speed wifi, making it convenient for those who need to study or work remotely.

The kitchen comes equipped with ample cookware, eating and serving utensils, basic spices, oil and cookbooks.

Guest access:
Guests are not sharing the house with the host. Guests have the entire house to enjoy (but access to the basement and garage is not permitted).

Other things to note:
Guests can let host know if they prefer the futons to be made up as beds or sitting areas before check-in. If no preference provided, futons will be setup as sitting areas.
