„Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. “

„Das Hotel macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck, alles ist perfekt, liegt im Zentrum, Gym sehr gut, Frühstücks-Buffett exzellent, Service hervorragend, Limo-Flughafentransfer und Shuttle-Bus zur großen Mall sehr gut. Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen. “

„Hotel is located in the very center of Kuwait City. Service was perfect, the room clean and kept up to our high expectations. The room was calm and the cleaning service exceed our expectations. Nothing to add. Just a happy stay.“

„I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn.“

„Great location, really good breakfast and all the staff is just outstandingly kind and helpful. Those guys deserve a rise in salary. The hotel is opposite the souk and close to the great mosque. Also it's very clean.“

„Don't expect luxury, of course. But equipment is functional and the place is well-managed by the staff.“

„Staff was amazing went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. will definitely stay there again.“

„Everything is good except they don’t have any heat in the room. It was really cold. We called and complained about it and no one did anything about it“
