Thank you for your review. When booking any room it is very important to check what amenities are in your room.We offer a variety of room types as our guests all have different likes and dislikes. AC and the number and size of beds vary as does the price. You booked our cheapest room so 1 queen bed and No AC. If you change your mind no problem. But there I is an additional cost. I will agree noise is an issue in Sosua. However, we are located away from downtown so a much quieter hotel than manyAlso it is important for all our guests to know that if you arrive at 3 am in the morning (0300). You have to pay for the day before to hold the room or wait till 2 pm in the afternoon that day for your room to become available. This is universal across all hotels as is the variety of rooms Thank you again.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. . We are a small budget hotel and cannot meet all of our clients needs. We are not a 5 star all inclusive but more a 3 star family operated hotel. We provide a friendly safe environment for our guests where they can relax after a busy day touring or at the beach. Thank you, Shelley

Sorry to hear about your experience at our hotel. Not sure what room you are referring to as there I had you listed has not pained nor broken windows. Also I am always interested in water leakage as we have had a lot of rain but could not find any. As for mold that is not acceptable and means a long time issue which I am not aware of. No mold was found but i will continue to monitor the rooms. Thank you for your feedback.

Good day: I am sorry you had such a bad experience. Our pool filtration system was down and we were waiting on parts. It has since been repaired, I am sorry for this inconvenience. I cannot comment on your other remarks as we feel we maintain a very good atmospher.and have lots of returning customers and long time guests.Thank you for your review, Shelley

Thank you for your responce and I apologize for this behaviour. I have spoken with the staff member involved.However, I do believe there was a communication breakdown. The staff member thought you were refusing to pay as you had already paid on line. She attempted to clarify that as it is stated on your booking, you pay the Hotel directly. This is a common mistake because you provide a credit card to hold the room only. Other guests have thought the same. This is no excuse for rude behaviour so I thank you again for your feedback and am happy you otherwised enjoyed your stay..

Sorry your stay was not satisfactory. Sosua is a unique tourist town and as a result new guests need to be careful when dealing with the locals. You need to respect their culture and not take advantage of them. As the owner and long time resident I am here to help you with understanding the culture. Sorry for the difficulties you encountered.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Hot water is solar so available between 10am and 6pm. And very hot. Also we are a pet friendly hotel and listed as such. Again, sorry for the inconveniences.

Thank you very much Terrell. We certainly enjoyed having you. Our TVs all work but there is a trick to working the cable in the DR. I am so glad you mentioned this. If you have a problem just ask at the bar for help and we will send someone up to get it going for you with instructions. Also our hot water is solar so hot between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm. I am sorry to hear that your stay with us was not satisfactory. We certainly aim to respond to our clients needs. Our rooms have never been identified as dirty before so we are concerned as to which room your are referring to. Our cleaning staff have been with us for 6 years now and if there is a problem we need to know. Sometimes staff neglect certain areas of the room and we need to know this so we can address the issue with them. We certainly will not tolerate dirty rooms and we can fix this issue.
