Booked here on Expedia, they were no help in correcting issues during this stay. The property is actually quite nice, but management is less than customer focused. I experienced several issues during my stay and management was not responsive.
The minibar in their top end room was limited to 1 beer per day per person. The food and alcohol quality was very poor. None of the pools, other than 1 hot tub, were heated. The room had 1 open electrical socket to plug in a cellphone or laptop.
I am a heavy tipper and the service staff was excellent. But at $1,200 for 3 nights, I would expect better quality and responsiveness from management.
