Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nur wenige Meter von der Piazza Lauro, Piazza Tasso und Corso Italia entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und strategisch günstig, im Herzen von Sorrento, nur wenige Schritte von der Bahnstation entfernt, die Verbindungen nach Pompei, Herculaneum und Neapel gewährleistet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch die Bushaltestelle für Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Meta, Massa Lubrense. Der Hafen von Sorrento liegt 700 Meter entfernt.

Reibungslose Kommunikation vor-während dem Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Da wir eine Reise mit dem Zug machten, war die Lage am Bahnhof optimal, auch für Ausflüge nach Pompei und Ercolano. Einkaufsstraßen und Hafen gut fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Amazing Location!

It is literally located right next to the train station, and so close to restaurants and cafes. Found the stay to be very pleasant. There was an odd smell. I'm not sure what it was, and it wasn't too crazy, just sharing in case you're someone who smells really bother you or you're pregnant, you may want to rethink or message the property manager first to see if it was a fluke. When we arrived, they had all the windows open, so clearly it's something they're aware of and hopefully are fixing. But overall, loved it and would absolutely stay again!

Our primary reason for visiting the Sorrento area was to spend a number of days touring Pompeii, Herculaneum, and other ancient sites. We are in our 60s and chose this apartment for its location right next to the train station and it worked out perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there was an elevator in the building, and that it was just a short walk to the center of town. Communication and check-in was easy, and the person who met us to show us the apartment was very gracious and even texted us his personal restaurant recommendations. The apartment had several heat pumps, which kept the apartment cool, and the wifi signal was strong. We also enjoyed watching the local cable TV in the evening. The apartment itself was comfortable, though the bed was a little too firm for me personally. It was also very clean with the exception of a fine dust on the floor which blackened our bare feet. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the refrigerator. Every time we left the apartment, we had to remove a key from the wall which shut off all electricity, including to the refrigerator. There may have been a way around that, but we didn't bother to ask, so not sure if this is really an issue. Overall, I recommend this apartment, particularly for those who plan to use the train daily to explore the area.

We rented the apartment for 3 nights. The location is near the train station and a quick walk to town. The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. The washer was handy to do laundry and hang to dry.

Very nice and clean apartment. Our reservation was very close to city center but it changed to different location due to water supply issues. This new place was 10 min away (walking) from city center. We had great time in Sorrento, and our host was very cooperative.

Gestion immobilière à revoir, logement spacieux et bruyant

La gestion de la location par cette agence immobilière n'est pas professionnelle : pas d'échéancier de paiement, pas de facture, pas d'adresse de la location, instructions d'arrivée très vagues, différents interlocuteurs. Par contre, l'un des interlocuteurs nous a très bien organisé le transfert Aéroport de Naples vers Sorrento et une fois arrivés, l'autre interlocuteur nous a très bien accueilli. Merci à Marco et Gianluigi. Le logement est spacieux, très bien situé mais très bruyant car il y a une très mauvaise isolation avec la rue.

Conviently located to the Train Station

The perfect spot if you are arriving/departing by train with luggage. It is located less than a 1 minute walk from the train station while still only a 2 minute walk to Piazzo Tasso. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the building has an elevator to help get your luggage to the second floor. Communication with the host was easy through Whats App.

Wonderful property in great location

The title of this property is so appropriate. It's at the city center; close to everything. This property has.everything you need including a very responsive and helpful manager, Francesca . she was excellent. She was able to arrange transportation for us at the last minute from Naples airport to the property. She promptly provided for our request for extra sheet and pillow. She made very good recommendations as well The entire place was very spacious for two people. The bed was comfy, the appliances were all in good working condition. The kitchen was functional. There's an elevator in the building. The building had very good security.. It's location? Just diagonally across from the central train and bus station. We couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Best stay in Italy!

The process was easy, the location fantastic, the quality of property was exceptional and the value was extraordinary. Sounds like I’m advertising. Not really - but just a great property. Right next to the train and bus stations met out needs for travel to Amalfi, Pompei and Naples. Between two main streets through town for shopping and eating. Clean, modern and bright, large living room, and comfy bed and bath. Our host was accommodating and helpful.

Sorrento Get Away

This place is right across from the train station so it is super convenient if arriving by train but don’t let that scare you we never heard any trains. I believe that’s because they originate and terminate there. It is also a quick walk to all of the shopping and restaurants. The owners are great about setting up transportation or tours if you’d like. Most importantly eat all of the delicious seafood you can! It’s fresh and amazing. Our favorite restaurant was Da Gigino!!!

Spacious, comfortable and well located!

The apartment is just as pictured in the photographs and described in the rental - very spacious from any standards, not just European standards. Staff were very helpful, checked in with us and put up with the fact that we didn't have a phone cheerfully. The bed is a little firm for my liking but my husband, who prefers a firmer mattress, thought it was just fine. Full kitchen! - and decently equipped for making simple meals. The location - steps from the train station - is ideal. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Sorrento area.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

This place is as described above in my header and previous posts. I came here with my daughter for a college graduation present and I slept on the pullout- it was comfy- no bar in your back so if you use this you'll get good rest! The place is just right for 2-4 though if you spend much time inside I imagine 4 could be tight. We had most meals out - there's just enough kitchenware to make do but nothing for gourmets. There are plenty of good restaurants so close by you to satisfy all appetites. Location is great, rent this you will be pleased. A good value and lots of communication with Anthony and we even arrived at 9pm!

We loved our stay at Casa Pina! The apartment is right across from the train station and only a block from the main street. Very convenient. We loved the little balcony. Comfortable, spacious, convenient, lacked a few basics

Very convenient for the station and buses, and not far to walk into town. Local restaurant very good for our first evening meal, but take away pizzas towards end of our stay were truly terrible; we should have complained. Clean, comfortable, good air con., but apartment basic rather than homely: no books, DVD player, radio etc. We had to improvise a plug for the kitchen sink. There wasn't a sharp kitchen knife, and cutlery was flimsy. A coffee table or similar in the sitting room would have been helpful. As we were there for ten days we would have expected a change of linen at no extra cost. We would have liked BBC or Sky News on TV. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed living in the apartment and would recommend it to others. Antonio was very helpful settling us in, and Marcia very charming on our departure. We were sorry to leave the apartment which provided us with an excellent base from which to explore Sorrento and the locality.

Apartment with a perfect location in Sorrento

Perfect location. After long day trips you can easily crash in the apartment, which is right in front of the train station/ SITA bus stop or walk 5 min to Piazza Tasso for drinks/ food. Apartment is just the same as shown in photos and clean. Property owner is very responsive to emails before and during the stay and also gave us lemons and oranges from his garden. They also offered to arrange any excursion trips.

Very central

The apparent is in a great location to every thing,(Train station) It is very roomie and clean. It was a bit hard to find the address and if you do not have a phone that works .Make shore you get the location before you leave home. Apart from a few little things wrong in the apartment it is great. Great restaurant around the corner We would book it again
