„We got a suite with a kitchen for our family of 7. Kitchen is a strong word for a microwave and toaster oven. We made it work and it all came out in the wash for us but I will doublecheck next time to make sure i actually have a way to cook.
Pool was small but nice. Breakfast was good with lots of options even for dairy free and gluten free. Overall, happy with our stay.“

„We appreciated the manner in which Erik's Retreat was run. When we arrived on Friday, 8/8 we were greeted by Dominic (sp.). He gave us a very thorough tour of the facilities. From that point on we felt right at home. When we visit Minneapolis again, we will stay at Erik's Retreat if there is room for us.

„This hotel was very comfortable and the ambience was modern and creative. The pool was big and hot tub was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The area around the hotel is just full of hotels and business buildings. So otside of the hotel is just a big suburban office and highway area. But if you have a car you can get to nice places easily. “

Almost everywhere you go that you have to interact with a staff member, you can just tell those people are waiting for the end of the day and would rather not be bothered. Nice room, quiet and clean. Comfy bed, nice sheets and 4 hove pillows on each bed with varying softnesses. Great water pressure in the shower. Used the laundry (free) which was so convenient. Breakfast was great, lots of choices. Fresh fruit, and 3 different types of hot coffees! It truly felt like a home away from home. “

„Wir kamen schon um 12:30 ins Hotel und haben gar nicht erwartet, dass wir schon eichecken können - Check in wurde uns aber sofort angeboten (obwohl das Hotel sehr belegt war!). Ein sehr empfehlenswertes ruhiges Hote. Ohne Leihwagen kommt man allerdings nicht aus.“

I had to check out at 3am for early flight in which I had to leave before the serving of breakfast and Joseph, the hotel concierge cared for me with something to take with me for my early flight! Thank you Joseph 🙂“

„My group was pleasantly surprised by the room set up. It has a suite feeling to it. The door between the sleeping area and receiving/desk area was a nice touch. The little bit of separation is really nice for family with kids or business travel.
We tried to take advantage of the social time with a free drink and snacks. The hours is from 5- 6:30, so mostly likely to be out about, but if you happen to be in the hotel. It's a nice touch.
