The space
The Place
No better place for your wine country escape. Our tastefully decorated home, appointed with Restoration Hardware and Jonathan Adler, is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the 1.5 acre grounds with pool (heated for a small feed), outdoor kitchen, life sized chess board, dining table, and two outdoor fireplaces. Your little ones will love the 133" media room/library, game room (with full sized ski-ball and air hockey), zip-line and secret under deck playhouse. Each of the four custom designed bathrooms have luxury fixtures including a steam shower and Toto Washlets. A professional grade kitchen with all that you would need to prepare a holiday feast and spacious formal and informal dining areas for your whole group to enjoy.

The Location
Located in Sonoma, California, you will stay just miles from some of the country's best wineries. Start the day off on the right foot with a bike tour of the countryside thanks to Sonoma Valley Bike Tours & Rentals, then sip on a latte at Barking Dog Roasters while taking advantage of the free WiFi. With Repris, Hanzel and Hamel Family Wines less than a mile away, you won't have to travel far to sip on some red or white while enjoying the fresh air. When it comes time for dinner, you can't go wrong with Mexican at El Molino Central, Michael Mina's Wit and Wisdom, French cuisine at Sante Restaurant or dinner and a train ride at Napa Valley Wine Train.

We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away. Our management team will be available for assistance via email.

Our home has a lock or lockbox located on or near the entrance. Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly House Manual that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online house manual.

House Rules:
This is a very large house with expansive and lovely grounds for you to enjoy. Please remember and observe the county regulations that prohibit more than ten people (over the age of 3) sleeping overnight, and that limit the maximum number on the grounds at any one time to 16.

In addition, the county regulates the noise level that is acceptable in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., never amplify music outside, and even keep your conversations sedate while you are enjoying an evening by the pool. Our neighbors are understanding but they have reasonable expectations that private homes will not be used as public venues, crowding the neighborhood with cars or disturbing the peace. The upside of these regulations for the visitor is that you can expect a serene environment, as the neighbors are held to the same standard.

In the spirit of sharing homes with one another through sites like or (website hidden), it is crucial that we treat each other's homes as though they were our own. If we treat the homes, the local resources, and the neighbors with respect and consideration, this wonderful experiment of sharing will succeed. If we do not, then our regulatory agencies will work to make it impossible, our rights as homeowners will be limited, and our choices as guests will be minimal and costly.
