Modernes Bauernhaus im Weinberg mit Terrasse, Boccia & Weinlandschaft

Escape to Sonoma in this bucolic slice of heaven with a Scandinavian-modern feel - just 9 minutes from Sonoma Square. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy your morning coffee outside, watching the sun come up over the rows of vines.

Play a game of bocce in the 40' court or relax on the redwood deck overlooking neighboring vineyards, palms and ancient oaks by day; dine outdoors at night with a bottle of wine from one of the many world-class wineries within 10 minutes from the property.

Step into Hygge Haus: your open, airy private cottage with 480 square feet of living space, and a 300+ square foot private redwood deck. Soft neutrals and mixed wood tones complement the natural light and Sonoma County beauty surrounding the cottage. Inside, modern farmhouse meets contemporary Scandinavian design, with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas, allowing space and privacy throughout.

Hygge Haus is named after the Danish word "hygge", meaning a quality of coziness and comfort that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being (regarded as a defining characteristic of Danish culture). Hygge is about cosiness and surrounding yourself with the things that make life good: warmth, friendship, laughter, light, and comfort.

The property is located directly beside a working biodynamic vineyard, complete with vineyard views and a front-row seat to the harvest.
