This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA), not a resort. Tenants are obliged to adhere to the rules of the HOA which will be accessible in the guest portal and the property binder inside the rental. If fines are incurred due to Tenant behavior, those fines will be collected from that Tenant.
Pets not permitted on furniture, must be cleaned up after and remain leashed when on the grounds. $75 per pet per stay for stays 14 days or less. Pricing varies for longer term stays. Max 2 pets per stay.
Pool passes permitted for the # the property can sleep up to a max of 10 passes per property.
No smoking, parties or events permitted.
Early arrivals & late departures are offered when available, fees apply and permission must be granted.
Long term stays are plus $1000 security deposit; plus utilities nov thru april.
