  • Always wanted to live the tiny house dream? Here it is…this house may be tiny but the experience isn’t! 50+ acre horse farm with incredible views, beautiful animals and best of all, peace and security. Gated property with your own sweet, guard dogs to keep you safe and secure.
    One sleeping loft with stair access includes queen sized bed while the other loft, accessible by sliding ladder, includes a twin sized bed. (Lofts may not be ideal for those with mobility issues).
    Full bathroom with the cutest ever shower.
    Small kitchen and seating area. Relax after a long day on your front porch swing or at your fire pit while the crickets, tree frogs and stars complete the experience. Take a pleasant walk and meet the horses, ponies, goats, chickens, and pigs!
    Easy 15 minute drive to “Mystic Falls”, 30 minutes to Conyers, and 15 minutes to Downtown Monroe or Madison. Right in the middle and a world away.

Great Place!! Perfect for a weekend getaway. It was a quick drive to Covington. Beds were comfy and cozy. The place was clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. We received the check-in information on the day of arrival and it was very easy. Beautiful place and the tiny house was very cute. Everything you need is in there and it was clean. Good beds and nice hot shower.

It was an amazing place. We had great time. My only issue was getting up to the bed spaces. I have mobility issues and fibromyalgia so the large steps were difficult to navigate. My partner had no problem at all. We loved visiting with all the animals.

This Place is absolutely amazing. The unit is bigger than it looks, I am 6'4" and not exactly built for tiny houses, but I will say that i was comfortable within it. I will warn that the big steps going up into the loft where the queen bed is are a bit annoying to deal with, going up and down them, but honestly its not a deal breaker. It was my wife and myself so we did not try to get into the second loft where the Twin bed is located but it sems good for younger kids to get in and out of even up to teens. We received two fresh eggs when we got there which were delicious, we made sure to visit the hens and thank them while we walked the property each morning. They have upgraded to a K cup coffee maker within the unit so make sure to bring those if you want coffee. Wade and Willow are the absolute highlight of the stay they are the most loveable and affectionate working dogs I have ever met! All of the farm staff are super friendly and will help you feed some of the horses if you ask politely. This is a working farm so make sure to not bother them while they are actively working. Thank you for our amazing stay!!!!

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Covington! We wanted a quick weekend getaway to relax/unwind and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was so fun visiting the horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats and chickens. We will definitely be back!
