☀️ In-person check-in is offered from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. We will meet you on-site to assist with navigation, access, parking, and luggage.

🌙 Late arrivals after 8:00 PM will receive instructions for self check-in.

⚠️ Due to the complexity of the building and parking garage, we highly encourage in-person check-in for the best arrival experience. As this requires a team member to be on-site, we kindly ask you provide timely updates on your ETA.

The unit comes with access to two shared hot tubs, fitness center, ski locker storage, private balcony, underground parking, high speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer + dryer, and shared BBQ grills. 🚦 Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the skier shuttle provides rides to Aspen Ajax, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. If you prefer private transportation, our concierge team is here to arrange transfer to any destination in comfort and style.
