„My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us! Front desk staff Elizabeth spoke with me weeks before our trip about my reservations and went above to help us have a great room with a nice view. The concierge, Miya, also exceeded our expectations of decorating the room for our visit. The entire staff as a whole were very friendly, kind, and welcoming! The resort is absolutely beautiful. Will definitely recommend and revisit. “

„Sehr schönes Hotel mit tadellosem Service. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Aspen stört nicht, da man so schneller in den Skigebieten Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk und Snowmass ist. Das Hotel bietet zudem alle 30min einen Shuttleservice ins Ortszentrum von Aspen und das 7x24! Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist die Bauweise in der Form eines Bungalowdorfes, d.h. man kann nicht im Bademantel vom Hotelzimmer zur Wellnessanlage laufen. Ansonsten top, gerne wieder.“
