About this space
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy sunrises/Sunsets, dolphins playing, and maybe even see a few shrimp boats from the private balcony of this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo that sleeps up to 6. Condo is keyless entry, so there is no worrying about losing keys on the beach. Sneads Ferry is a short 7 mile (10 min.) drive away.
The space
Bedroom- queen size bed with a TV, dresser and a full closet

Bathroom- full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Hallway nook- twin bunkbeds, each with their own tv and headphones. Top bunk is only rated for kids, teens, or small adults.

Living room- sleeper sofa.


Kitchen is fully equipped to include a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and waffle maker. Plus it has all you need to cook and eat your meal (pots, pans, glasses, silverware, plates) all the goodies.


Pets- Unfortunately, no pets of any kind are allowed. This is a strict HOA policy. Condo owners are allowed to have pets, so that’s why you might come across some while you are out and about. They must be registered. So we cannot allow pets for guests, sorry:(

Parking- We offer parking for up to 2 vehicles with the parking passes that are provided.

Basic Essentials- We will supply at least one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper for you to begin your stay.

Guest access
Guests not only have the keyless entry access they have access to all the picnic areas, grills, tennis/basketball courts, corn hole, horseshoes, internet (WiFi)/cable, as well as pay per use laundry facilities.
Other things to note
There will be a “guide” book in the condo with all information such as WiFi information and contact information should you need anything during your stay.
