The home offers six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests. Enjoy ocean or water views, high-end linens, smart TVs, comfortable beds, and direct access to multiple spacious decks.
While the interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort, the true highlights are the outdoor amenities. Take a dip in the waterfront pool, unwind in the hot tub at sunset, or simply lounge in the sun and soak in stunning views. Beach access is located directly across the street for easy days of swimming, surfing, or relaxing by the shore.
An elevator services all levels (elevator is reliable but not guaranteed), and an outdoor shower is available for a refreshing rinse after time at the beach or pool. The private pool can be heated for an additional non-refundable $300 fee during mid-to-late March – June 1 and September 1 – November 1 (weather and temperature permitting). Please provide 3 to 4 days' notice before arrival to request heating.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles in driveway and carport. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

Note: Please use backpack coolers only at the beach to protect sand dunes (no dragging wheeled coolers or carts).
Primary renter must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
*Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $250 plus tax per pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
Dogs are allowed on the beach if leashed (max leash length 20 feet). Complimentary waste bags are available at beach access points.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
