Each level is equipped with its own thermostat for customized heating and air conditioning.

Every bedroom is outfitted with a sliding patio door that opens onto the deck, providing magnificent views of the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway!

On the second floor, the King Master bedroom features a private covered deck that overlooks the Sound and includes an en suite bathroom. The first floor includes another Master bedroom with a Queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to a private oceanfront deck and walkway to the beach. Additionally, there is another Queen bedroom on this level. Next to it, a room with a Full/twin pyramid bunk bed shares a covered deck and connects to the third full bathroom via the hallway, which also houses a full-sized washer and dryer.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV, while the living room features a 50” flat screen Roku smart TV. The property also includes four DVD players, a Roku Express for television entertainment, and wireless internet access.

After a day of fun at the beach, unwind in the spacious enclosed outdoor shower measuring 8’x 8’, complete with hot and cold water, along with a changing area.
