On the second floor, find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two oceanfront rooms with direct access to a second-floor deck. The top floor is a private haven featuring another king-sized bedroom, a full bath, and a secluded deck showcasing panoramic views. Embrace the coastal lifestyle with community amenities like a shared pool and direct beach access.

Your luxurious beach retreat offers all the comforts of home with a touch of elegance. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and access to YouTube TV, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows at your leisure. With premium hybrid mattresses in every room, restful nights are guaranteed. Additionally, the property provides a variety of games and puzzles for those cozy nights indoors, making it a perfect environment for family bonding or friendly gatherings.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all amenities, the private hot tub, and the community pool. The property features a digital lock system for secure entry, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Parking is available for up to five vehicles, providing convenient access to your beach getaway.

We encourage guests to reach out for assistance during their stay and will provide a unique entry code via our digital lock for added security. We kindly request that guests respect our property and the surrounding neighborhood by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep the property tidy and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.

Provided for your stay are linens, towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper.

This property is designed for guests who are 25 years and older, and unfortunately, pets are not permitted. For your convenience, we offer a rental package for beach accessories, including chairs and umbrellas, to enhance your beach experience. Please inquire about these items upon booking.

* The pool is typically open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October and is shared between 6 duplexes(including ours). Due to county requirements and inspection schedules, opening and closing dates cannot be guaranteed. Pool schedule can also not be guaranteed in the event of an unexpected closure out of our control.

*The private hot tub on the 1st floor oceanfront deck is open and available for use year-round!
