The first floor features four comfortable bedrooms, with three offering direct access to the deck. One bedroom also includes a private bath area with a garden tub—perfect for a little extra relaxation after a day at the beach. Exterior stairs connect the first-floor deck directly to the upper level, making it easy to move between the home's outdoor spaces.

Head upstairs and the views really begin to shine! The open-concept living and dining area is surrounded by views of both the Atlantic and the sound, creating a bright, welcoming space where everyone can gather. Cozy up around the rock fireplace, spread out for game night, or simply kick back and enjoy the coastal scenery from nearly every angle.

Gather around the dining table with the sound as your backdrop, then step through the French doors onto the second-floor deck. Follow the deck around to the ocean side and take in the Atlantic—an amazing spot for morning coffee, an afternoon breeze, or an evening spent listening to the waves!

The spacious kitchen keeps everyone connected to the action with plenty of room to prepare meals, gather around the island, and enjoy those incredible water views while you cook.

An additional bedroom upstairs offers a private bath and direct deck access, while the upper-level loft provides even more space to spread out, unwind, and take in views of both the ocean and sound.
