This opulent home comfortably provides for 29 occupants to enjoy the beach and quality family time any time of day. There are 9 thoughtfully curated and furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, television and views to take it all in. The elegant kitchen will be the delight of the family chef! It is outfitted with recessed antique white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including two ovens), a stunning tile backsplash, and a generous center island. With abundant work space and every tool at your fingertips, masterful culinary creations are sure to emerge from here. Three separate dining spaces, plus additional oceanfront dining on the deck, ensure that everyone has a place at the party! Seagrass chairs add a classic coastal touch. 

*Pool heat is optional.  Pool heat must be ordered at least 3 days in advance of check-in. Pool cannot be heated if exterior temperatures are forecasted to be below 55 degrees Fahrenheit or if they were 55 degrees or less 3 days before check-in.

Your North Topsail Beach rental is located approximately 9.4 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge and 1.6 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. Head to Surf City or Sneads's Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
