Walterfalls was created in memory of our father, Walter, and designed to share the beauty of nature with every guest who visits.

What makes this property special is the private waterfall trail located directly on the property, offering guests a rare and peaceful natural experience. The surrounding forest creates a quiet and relaxing atmosphere that feels far removed from everyday life.

Guests can enjoy evenings around the fire pit, outdoor games such as corn hole and horseshoes, and peaceful walks through wooded trails. The combination of modern cabin design and natural surroundings creates a unique and memorable stay.


Sleeping Arrangements

Master Bedroom features an extra large queen bed, smart TV, ambient lighting, charging station, and luggage storage.

Second Bedroom includes a full size bed with a clothes rack and forest views.

Lower Level Game Room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests and a comfortable entertainment space.


Bathrooms

Luxury tiled walk in shower, fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided.


Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an induction cooktop, Microwave oven and air fryer combo, coffee maker, waffle maker, mixer, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator.

Cookware, utensils, spices, and essentials are provided.

Dining includes an indoor table that seats six and kitchen island seating for two.

Starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and basic spices are included.


Amenities

Free WiFi is available, though service may vary due to the rural setting.

The home includes central air conditioning and heating, linens, towels, and pillows, as well as free parking with space for boats and trailers.

A nearby laundromat is available for guest use.

Please note that cell reception and internet may be inconsistent due to the forested mountain location.

Dogs up to 35 pounds and cats are allowed, with a limit of one pet per stay and a fee of 25 dollars.

Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM.

Maximum occupancy is six guests.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 10 AM.

No parties or large events are allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Guests should respect local wildlife, which may include deer, bears, wild hogs, and other forest animals.
