The Loft is a lovely studio apartment located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Decorated in a charming style with vintage touches, it's just 50 meters from the beach.

If you enjoy going out for drinks or partying after a long day at the beach, you'll absolutely love this apartment. You can be anywhere you want (bars, restaurants , beaches, supermarkets, etc.) in just 3 minutes.

Ideal for a couple or independent travelers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches, bars and the most popular restaurants.

It's 25 meters of everything you need for a very entertaining vacation.

The bedroom is integrated into the living room and has a double bed (1.50 x 2 meters). The wardrobes have large mirrors and a large window leading to the balcony. The balcony has a table and very comfortable sofas, and from there you can see the sea and the vibrant atmosphere of Calle del Pecado (Sin Street). If you want to have fun without leaving home, bring your glass of wine to the balcony and stay and watch for a while.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The windows opening onto the balcony are double-glazed and have velvet curtains that help to block out the noise of Sitges' festive atmosphere during the summer. The kitchen is small but fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave). The living room has a coffee table with a sofa and armchairs. There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Keep in mind that it's located on a street with bars and restaurants that stay open until the early hours of the morning. If you enjoy going out at night, it's the ideal spot because you'll be close to everything, but if you're a light sleeper and prefer to go to bed early, the atmosphere on the street might bother you.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
