Penthouse Port Alegre

The Port Alegre Attic is a duplex apartment, in front of San Sebastián
beach on Port Alegre promenade. It has 2 balconies and 2 floors and is
located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

The San Sebastián neighborhood is one of the most beautiful areas of
Sitges. It has a central location but in a quiet place. There are
restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so a car is not needed. The
apartment is located on a pedestrian street.

Upon entering the apartment we find stairs that lead us to the first
floor where the kitchen and living room are located. The kitchen is
open to the living room, and is equipped with a coffee maker, electric
kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a small refrigerator. Simple meals
can be prepared.

The living room has a round glass table, chairs, a sofa, flat screen TV
and has access to the first balcony with spectacular views of the sea.
Ideal for a sunset drink or morning coffee.
The stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom is located. It
has a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters, with access to another
private balcony. It also has sea views, has a shower and hammocks to
take advantage of the sun during the morning. The bathroom is small and
has a shower.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning on both floors,
safe, iron and hair dryer. Please note that there are narrow stairs to
access the apartment and there are also stairs inside.

The apartment is located on the second floor and inside the bedroom and
bathroom are accessed by stairs. The Port Alegre Attic is a perfect
apartment for couples who want to be between the center of Sitges, the
Port and have a lot of privacy.

We do not recommend staying with small children due to the number of
narrow stairs in the apartment.

Arrival information:

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid
(1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16
years of age do not pay)
* Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Smoking - not allowed
Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
