The apartment features air conditioning and heating, a large private garden, private parking, 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a separate kitchen.

Located on the ground floor, all on one level, it resembles a house because it has its own private pedestrian entrance and parking is exclusively for our guests. It features a private garden equipped with an electric awning, sun loungers, and a large dining table and chairs. The garden is a splendid space for enjoying breakfast or dinner by candlelight.

The apartment is accessed through large windows overlooking the garden. Upon entering, you'll find the living/dining room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal.

The master bedroom has a 1.50 x 2 m double bed and access to the garden. It features air conditioning and large wardrobes.

The second bedroom has a 1.35 x 1.90 m double bed, air conditioning and a door leading to the apartment's front patio.

The third bedroom has 1 single bed and a window overlooking the inner courtyard.

There is 1 full bathroom with shower and a toilet.

- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
