For stays ending on or after January 1, 2027, Oregon`s Transient Lodging Tax increases from 1.5% to 2.75%. Because our reservation system cannot automatically apply this future tax change to reservations booked before January 1, 2027, the additional 1.25% will be added separately to applicable 2027 reservations as a Nature Conservation Fee.

The stunning great room is the centerpiece of the home, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows that bring the outdoors in, and a beautiful freestanding wood stove set against a floor-to-ceiling stone surround. Whether you`re gathering for movie night, relaxing with a good book, or simply enjoying the forest views, it`s a space designed to bring everyone together.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Large windows surround the dining area, creating a bright, inviting space to enjoy meals while taking in views of the surrounding pines. The oversized island provides plenty of prep space, while the adjacent dining areas make it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together. Coffee lovers will appreciate having a drip coffee maker, espresso machine, and French press.

Guests are also welcome to use the bikes in the garage to explore Black Butte Ranch`s miles of scenic walking and biking trails.

Additional amenities include reliable WiFi, two dedicated workspaces, Smart TVs with YouTube TV and streaming apps, air conditioning, a Pack `n Play, and a high chair to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Listing Access
Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the attached two-car garage, spacious back deck, and bicycles available for exploring Black Butte Ranch.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to stop at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center to register their vehicles and obtain gate cards. Gate cards provide access through the Ranch gates and are also used to access the Ranch`s pool and recreation facilities.

As guests of Black Butte Ranch, you`ll enjoy access to the Ranch`s outstanding amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, restaurants, and miles of walking and biking trails.

• Please remove shoes inside the home. We recently had the carpets professionally cleaned and appreciate your help keeping them looking their best.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
• The Black Butte Ranch Resort Fee is included as a separate line item with your reservation. Upon arrival, all guests must stop at the Welcome Center to register their vehicles and receive gate cards and recreation passes.
• Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
• Air conditioning is available for your comfort during the warmer months.
• A Pack `n Play and highchair are provided for families traveling with young children.
• Bicycles are available for guest use. Helmets are not provided, and guests ride at your own risk. Guests are responsible for inspecting the bikes before use and riding safely.
• During the summer months, Central Oregon may experience wildfire activity that can impact air quality, visibility, and outdoor recreation. While these events are uncommon, they are a natural part of the region and are outside the control of homeowners and property managers.
• Winter visitors should be prepared for changing mountain weather. Snow and ice are common during the winter months, and AWD or 4WD vehicles may be recommended depending on conditions.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. COR Vacation Rentals` cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather, wildfire activity, smoke conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
