Beautiful property and excellent location. The communication with the property management team was horrible. They were slow to respond and didn’t respond at all several times. Their “solution” to our issue seemed automated and they refused to directly answer any questions. For example, there was an excessively overwhelming air freshener smell (similar to Glade Plug In’s) coming through the vents in the kitchen and front room. It was making all of us sick, literally. I reached out to the management company asking if they could tell me how to make it stop. Their response was “yes the owners use plug-ins. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions”. No solution, just hope you enjoy the rest of your day? We try again to get some help. They ended up asking us to try to figure out where the source was for the smells. I had already told them where it was coming from. Finally we gave up and opted to be outside or away from the property as much as possible. The other issue was, they promised us a 330 early check-in. Upon arrival, the code provided did not work. We had to call several times to get this straightened out. Overall, the property is wonderful. On the other hand, the management company, lacked professionalism, showed no real concern for our issue and we’re difficult to reach and even more difficult to work with. Beware if you have to deal with the management company if you stay at this property.
