Wir erinnern uns an Sie und möchten klarstellen, dass die Dusche nicht kaputt war. Sie haben uns nicht gefragt, wie sie funktioniert. Frisches Blut kann nicht von einem früheren Gast stammen, tut mir leid, aber das Blut war von ihm. Wir befinden uns im Zentrum eines Schlosses und in der Hochsaison ist Sirmione voller Urlaubstouristen. Unser Hotel hat angegeben, dass es keinen 24-Stunden-Service hat, deshalb geben wir Ihnen einen Schlüssel, den Sie nachts betreten können. Unser Hotel ist sicher. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich komisch verhalten haben.tschuss
