LIVING ROOMS:
-Front Living Room: Comfortable couch, chair, recliner, and smart TV
-Back Living Room: Couch, recliner, door to back patio

KITCHEN + DINING:
-Plenty of counter space to prep a home cooked meal
-Instant Pot, Blender, Food processor, and toaster
-Plenty of dinnerware, pots and pans, baking dishes
-Coffee Setup: Keurig and drip coffee maker (coffee, pods, creamer and sugar provided)
-Dining table seats 4 plus 2 barstools at the counter

BATHROOMS:
-Full bathroom: located just off the living room, fully stocked with towels and extra toiletries
-Primary Bathroom: located inside primary bedroom, fully stocked with towels and extra toiletries

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-washer and dryer are free to use
-detergent is provided
-Iron and ironing board provided

PATIO + BACKYARD:
-Covered patio with outdoor chairs
-Backyard is not fenced in

PETS:
-Pets are welcome for a pet fee of $125 per stay

PARKING:
-We have a 2 stall garage although we have some storage items along the wall, so it is possible that only 1 car would fit in the garage if they are bigger vehicles
-Plenty of additional parking on the driveway or street

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked closet in the full bathroom.

Early check-in?
Early check-in may be available for an additional fee, depending on our cleaning schedule. If we have guests checking out the same day, we typically cannot accommodate early check-in.

Late Check-out?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures?
- No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time.

Is this a shared home?
- Nope! It`s all yours! It is a twin home, so there is someone that lives under the same roof but completely seperate space.

Do you offer a cleaning service?
- Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us!

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. This is against our policy.
