Kuraufenthalt in Sioux City
Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht im Hard Rock Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist im typischen Hard Rock Stil gehalten und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Bad war super modern und gross. Dem Hotel sind direkt div. Restaurants angeschlossen, die gutes Essen offerieren. Alles in allem, war es eine positive Erfahrung.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was really nice. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the room, while nice in size, was not cleaned properly. Specifically, the bathroom had eyelashes and hair on the shelf and floor. Additionally, the lower shelf where towels are placed had a noticeable layer of dust. So it was obvious that the shelf had not been wiped down in a while nor the floor swept. The beds were very comfortable and all other accommodations were great.

The front desk staff gave an extra nice welcome to our 2 and 4 year old grandsons providing them with crayons and stickers. Our nicely decorated 4th floor room had high ceilings, fridge, arched window and was clean. The hotel is in a great location. We would stay here again.
