„This property is as advertised! Very clean, updated apartment, modern kitchen, and very quiet. The location is about a 5 minute walk to the bar at the Simpson Bay Yacht Club where you can view the beautiful private yachts, coming and going. Many great restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is on the yacht basin, a 7 minute walk to the beaches. The grocery mart is across the street.The owner is gracious, and will provide extensive information about the area, great dining, and places to ...

„Great location & property (both the pool area and the unit itself). Many amenities making the stay easier (able to do laundry if needed). I was there as a single female and felt completely safe staying there. Pictures are very accurate. I have been to St. Martin many times and would stay here again for a future trip. “
