We immediately enjoyed some ping pong and mini golf, my 3 year old niece had so much fun before we even got to the park. „It was a nice place to stay, unique and interesting architecture and layout. I will say the listing made it seem as though the pool and jacuzzi are included and yours to use but they are shared and there is a fee to use/heat. The footsteps of the residents above can be easily heard. Overall was a nice stay and clean property with a welcoming bottle of wine.“

„We spent a nice week in this house in Aug 24, thanks to the AC the hot summer days were easy to manage. Communication with the host was a delight. It is rather a cabin style bungalow, in a quiet residential street of Van Nuys. There is some airtraffic though, but hey - this is Los Angeles. Overall we were very happy with this accommodation.“

The property is also a perfect location for all the tourists attractions. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a family.
