„Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Es gab kostenlose Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und Fahrräder ohne Gebühr. Die Straße und angrenzende Bahnlinie hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt. Auch der Weg zum Strand über die sehr hässliche Brücke hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. „Great Townhouse with easy access to everything in the area. Unit was clean, very well appointed, comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome basket and the Nespresso coffee maker as we do Nespresso at home. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We Loved it so much, the location is top notch with an incredible beach front view, walk able to the beach and pier, food cofre and even has the trolley stop right in front. the room was very spacious and we look forward to coming back with our girls. „House was clean the area's were large. Plenty of parking on the driveway for two Plus cars. The neighborhood was quiet except for a neighbor who was reving his engine at 7:00 in the morning. The host was most generous in answering any questions for us.“

The property fit all of our needs, and the host even had a foot massager which was enjoyed by all after long days of walking at the parks! „Beautiful condo, clean and comfy. Plenty of space for our family of 6. All amenities as described. Literally 1 minute walk to the sand. With the window open I could hear the waves of the ocean. Would definitely come and stay again. Water pressure was awesome in the shower. Hot water works so well. Heads up there is no A/C but opening the windows to let the ocean breeze through made it a lovely temperature inside. “

„Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. “

„Overall the stay was great. We are a family of 6 and fit well. The AC worked great and the unit was well equipped. Our extra long expedition fit in the garage, which is a huge plus at the beach. The only down fall was the washer and dryer take coins. Would stay again.“
