From this villa it's a short walk to the private beach on the Gulf of Mexico on a path lit in the evenings for a safe walk back to the villa. Check out the popular Point of Rocks to enjoy a morning of snorkeling in calm, warm waters or charter a deep sea fishing boat, rent jet skis or simply relax with a good book under an umbrella with the background of gentle waves rolling up onto the shoreline. You can walk for miles picking up one of a kind seashells....

Enter hassle free with a keyless lock system. You'll find the updated granite/stainless kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. All you need to create meals at home when you feel like it. Off the kitchen is a dining table for 4 which can be extended with the table extender and 4 additional folding chairs. The dining room is open to the living room. The living room is decorated with the perfect balance of bold & bright yet soft calming colors. The quality furnishings are very comfortable to relax on for hours at a time if you like....especially the incredible remote controlled massage chair.....no fighting over it! From the living room step into the sun parlor....walls of windows allows you to let the sun shine in as much or as little as you like. Enjoy a glass of your favorite vino while rocking on the swinging bench seat. Wood & tile flooring throughout the villa. A full size washer & dryer are inside the garage along with lots of beach accessories. One parking space directly outside the unit. This is available on a first-come first served basis.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV for streaming apps and ensuite bath. Solid stone vanity with a drop-in sink, shower stall and cabinet doors & drawers to store your belongings. Plenty of closet and dresser drawers too! Guest bedroom has two twin beds and trundle and a roll away bed, 2 dressers, Smart TV & cable. There is a roll away bed in the guest room as well. The guest bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom with a long vanity, shower & tub.

Crystal Sands is steps away from water sports rentals such as boat rentals, wave runner rentals, guided fishing trips, or parasail trips on the Gulf of Mexico. Rent bikes to ride all round Siesta Key and end up in Siesta Key Village for the afternoon of live music....plus checkout our fantastic clothing stores, cafes, and home made gelato parlors with outdoor seating in the sun or shade....so much fun waiting for you!! If you want to explore, the Free Siesta Key Trolley stops near the condominium complex and can take you anywhere you want to go in the popular SK village. You can rent bikes during your stay ..... enjoy cruising around in the Florida sunshine exploring the island.

No pets allowed, NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit. Please go outdoors and stay away from open windows & doors. No smoking inside the garage either. Thank you!!!
