  • Island House Beach Resort in Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida! Neu renovierte 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad-Einheit. Das Gerät befindet sich ca. 1000 sq. Ft. Hat einen großen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, alle Geräte, zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung, überdachter Parkplatz, abgeschirmten Veranda, 3 Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm, DVD, im Internet Einheit und unbegrenzte Ferngespräche. Das Gerät verfügt über ein Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten, Schlafsofa, können bis zu 6 Personen. Es liegt in der Nähe des Schwimmbades und ist eine kurze Entfernung zu den wunderschönen Gewässern des Golfs von Mexiko. Our villa is always clean and is conveniently located between the pool and the beach. The only improvement I would suggest is the sliding blinds on the slider door. They constantly fall off when opening and closing them. Possibly a different window treatment would rectify this issue. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

I used blankets to cover the fabric couches. They looked worn. Lighting needs to be improved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been returning to Island House since 1980 and this year did not disappoint. The unit was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen accessories. All 5 star ratings...but always room for suggestions...the vertical blind slats were of different lengths, and some would fall off, or not close easily...preventing privacy at night. Several suggestions for property management...the beach chair crew bumped us from our chairs on several occasions at least 30 minutes before sunset. That is often the nicest part of the day. I understand the need to collect the furniture, but perhaps it could be delayed until after sunset? Also, guests in one of the apartment units was not as respectful of other IH guests or IH property, often leaving their toys, bikes, and even garbage (boxes of beer cans, etc.) on/blocking the courtyard sidewalks.

Everyday the maintenance and grounds team were on their golf carts , getting garbage, power washing the drives and just generally keeping everything in beautiful shape.We stayed in Villa 7, we had a minute walk to the pool and maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. Honestly we were so happy and enjoyed ourselves so much, I will definitely recommend Island House Beach Resort and would gladly stay there again!

This property has a great location with a very short walk to the most beautiful beaches. I would only change out the twin beds for a queen or king, otherwise a great rental.

Just right villa

We loved our stay at Islandhouse Villas. V7 was show perfect. Our two kids enjoyed the twin beds. Super clean and had all the supplies we needed. I’m glad I brought 8 beach towels. The sand was amazingly soft. We didn’t know the pool was heated and kids loved night swimming. Central to everywhere! I loved the Siesta Key Village and was hopping with things to do. I also loved how the beach seemed more private with blue waters galore. We got picked up for our banana boat right there too!
