Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida Crescent Beach - Diese große 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Villa nicht-Teppichboden ausgelegt und ca. 1000 sq. Ft. Es verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, alle Geräte, abgeschirmten Veranda, überdachte Parkplätze, zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung, kostenlose Wi-Fi in Einheit! We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We liked the location of this resort and the beach was fabulous.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fairly large and well equipped but the fridge and dishwasher were dated. We have rented other condos at Siesta Key and we appreciated the convenience of the location getting on and off the island even during peak traffic times. This condo has larger rooms than most and a good layout for our family of 6. Not having a washer and dryer in the unit was a negative. The decor was a bit dated but the beds and sofas were comfortable. This unit did not supply beach towels.

Hit the spot!

Looked for a place that my 80 year old mom could manage and still enjoy the beach and the location! The villa was great! Shower in master was a small step in easy for her to manage. Lots of dresser and closet space for our stuff! Loved the seclusion we felt like we had. The complex had so little car traffic. Just those staying there. Location on Siesta Key was perfect! Close to Walgreens and aldis as well as Turtles Restaurant right down the road. Overall perfect!!

Villa 27

Island House rentals are a beautiful place to stay on siesta key. However some villas are better than others as far as updates. This one in particular is just okay. But remember you'll be on the beautiful beach most of the time...so the villa is not the entire focus.

Overall, the space was amazing and the screened porch was great! This unit needs a drastic renovation to take it out of the 80s. Again, the space was amazing and location couldn’t be beat!
