Walk the beach every evening. Pick up shells, build sandcastles with the little ones, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, go fishing, rent jet skis or just lay on the beach under an umbrella with a great book you've been wanting to read.....the possibilities are endless! You will see spectacular nightly one-of-a-kind sunsets! Explore mainland and visit all the wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops.

The House of Sun complex sits on the Gulf of Mexico with a heated community swimming pool just steps from the private beach along with a complex tennis court that is literally on the beach. The clubhouse has clean washrooms, a Smart TV, a pingpong table and much more.....walk out thru the side door to find the complex BBQ grills with, of course, ocean views!!

After a day of fishing cook up your prize catch at the grilling station located outside the clubhouse near the beach. The House of Sun clubhouse is updated with a flat screen TV, WiFi, Ping Pong table, dining areas both outside and in..... and much more. The location is great as you are very close to the south bridge on Siesta Key making it easy peasy to get on and off the key.

Walk into the full size kitchen with new marble stone counter tops, plenty of dishes, glasses, and stainless appliances will make you feel right at home with the quality one would expect. Both drip & Keurig coffee makers included. There's a breakfast bar for 4 people at the marble kitchen counter, plus a dining table for 6.

The living room is spacious and decorated in retro-quality furnishings such as a large burnt red/orange leather corner sofa that can accommodate the whole gang. Next to it is a tan leather chair and ottoman all facing the large Smart flat screen TV. Enjoy watching your favorite Netflix series whenever you desire or switch and watch the Blu-Ray.
The open balcony is off the living room and opens wide....enjoy your breakfast at the cafe table for 4 and take in the ocean air. Peekaboo ocean views included!

Down the hall is a small updated and modern bathroom with tub/shower and solid stone vanity. Across the way is the bunk queen beds and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom is next to the kids room. It is quite roomy with a King bed, his/her closets, dresser, vanity area with custom drawers, wall mounted Smart TV and a NEW ensuite bath room/1. It has been fully renovated with marble walls and a rain style shower-head......beautiful & modern!

Non smoking/vaping building. No pets allowed in the building or in the condo.

One assigned outdoor spot. There are a limited number of guest spots for the complex. Availability of guest spots depends on the time of year and number of occupants in the complex. We cannot guarantee a second parking spot. There is an extra fee for a guest spot if available.

No Golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, boats, trailers, motor homes, RVs are allowed. No multi-person pedal carts or skateboards are permitted on property at any time.
We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
