It 6 mins from the Fort Huachuca Buffalo Soldier gate, 6 mins from Walmart, Home Depot, the Public Library. Within walking distance of Bella Vista Neighborhood Park and Len Roberts Park. and so much more!

We are very excited for all our guests to enjoy our 2059 sqft, 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home here at Sierra Vista. Our spacious and Cossy family room, office space. A Beautiful kitchen with dining area, counter granite top and new cabinets. Our laundry room have a sitting area.
Fenced yard with fire pit, gym with a 62 inch smart screen TV. Multiple parking space on the property for up to five cars. Our house is in the central location absolutely everything is within 5 to 10 minutes drive. you can park iup to 6 trucks on the property not counting the street parking.

HOUSE INFO + RULES
(1) All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.

(2) 8 Guests can sleep comfortable. For any additional guests we have 2 air mattresses that in the first closet in the hallway with their respective sheets.

(3) guess that are not on the reservation will have to pay extra fee if staying the night over.

(4) The thermostat is in the hallway on the wall by the first bathroom.

(5) Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided. Hair dryer. hair straightener.

(6) If you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (Early check in fee is $50- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)

(7) Must Check Out before10:00am or there will be a $50 late check out fee.

(8) Please no Smoking/Vaping on the Property.

- Please no Food/Drinks on the bed
- Please no Loud Noise after 10 PM to 6 AM
- Please no shoes in the house or on the Bed.
- Please Keep the house clean,
- Please when checking out put the Dishes in the dishwasher add soap and turn it on.

(9) Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out

(10) Garbage days are Mondays and Thursdays, 6:30am

(11) clean up after your pets. pets are not allowed at any time to be out and about the house, the Sun room is where you put your pet and in their kenel/ cage or outside. pet owner will be responsible for any damages.

(12) Failure to Clean up after yourself will result of a Cleaning Fee.

(13) Smoking/Vaping in the house Fee: $500.
