„Great house and exactly as advertised. Was concerned with the proximity of the ADU and inhabitants but was no issue at all. Never heard or saw anyone or anything. We would absolutely stay here again. One suggestion - change the curtains in the rear & middle bedrooms to allow them to close. They were VERY bright through the night.“

Musty smell (host offered air freshener?), broken window, black dust on all window sills, from blinds or freeway exhaust? 2 sinks with no hot water, kitchen sink hose hanging down, bath fixtures falling off walls, tub stopper not working NO wifi. Slow responses. No phone contact just provided text. Host kept saying ...

„Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.“

„Our stay was fine, enough room and comfortable beds. It was a bit less clean than expected. The WiFi was quite slow and it was frustrating to watch a movie or look up information. Would be helpful to have more silverware, bedside tables and conveniently located electrical sockets. Lots of sockets, but on the floor and in the middle of the walls. This made it challenging to have bedside lighting and phone charging.“

„This house fit the bill for our family stay. We were visiting family in the East suburbs and taking in the attractions in the LA area. We knew staying this far East would mean lots of driving to the beach/Universal/Disney so we were ready for that. But honestly I preferred staying in a cleaner, less busy suburb. „Beautiful property“

„When we arrived at the property AC was not on so it took forever for it to cool down the house. The room that I stayed in was hot the AC was programmed for it to change the setting so then it would get hot again inside the house the backyard look like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time we couldn't use it because there was spider webs all over the place a whole bunch of spiders.“

„The property was exactly as the picture showed and with free parking. The place was amazing as it was comfortable, quiet and close to downtown LA. We would recommend anyone staying there :)“
