We were disappointed in the size of the room. It was pretty small and the pool and hot tub were not in operation.

Facility in general is in disrepair. Front desk staff kind but seemed confused and gave me the wrong room key at first to an already occupied room. Pool (the reason we chose this hotel over others) was closed for maintenance (?). Our bathroom door was splintered and had been partially fixed but had exposed nails. Bed was comfortable enough and pillows were nice. Still, couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

STILL RIGHT THERE AND ACTUALLY BETTER NOW
I had not stayed here in over 5 years -- the facility is still somewhat old and dated, but it is significantly cleaner than I recall from days gone by -- the heating in my room was excellent and the carpets were especially clean -- overall it was just a more "upbeat" establishment and a good value for the money !

When we got there it was foggy and raining. Good stop. You need to put a hand held shower in the shower to make it a handicap shower which it isn't now. Cable was out and attendant didn't know when it was going to be fixed. Price was excellant. Thanks

Overall decent stay
Had a weird thumping noise all night that sounded like a shoe in a dryer that made it hard to fall asleep. Also at breakfast I found 3 pieces of bread that had mold on it.

Do yourself a favor and run from this place...
Hotel mis-represented just about everything. Filthy room, hallway, and flies all over in the lobby. Wifi was out, so you had to go to the lobby to get internet and that is where the breakfast was. Didnt even try to eat that, infested with flies, and sure they wouldnt get in the food at all? Rude staff and zero help from the "manager". Room looked like it could have been a crime scene. Stains everywhere.

Air conditioner controls had been pulled out and it was inoperable. Toilet tank lid was off the toilet and tank was dry, toilet bowl was full of feces. We took the key back to the front deskand asked for a refund and left.

Short staffed is putting it lightly, we had made a reservation the day prior and upon check in they had to switch us to 6 diffrent rooms and then had to go and check for a clean room because not 1 of the 6 rooms they put us in was clean, the girl at the front desk was clearly overwhelmed and they dont have the staff to properly run the amout of rooms they are renting out and their is also a problem with moths flying around inside the property. I'd give the staff working a 10/10 for effort but the hotel itself a 3/10. They need help not only from management but also more staff.

Upon arrival with my hired hand, the receptionist tried to book us in a room with only one bed because she assumed we were gay. The bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair in our shower. On morning 1, there was not the breakfast we were promised. We checked out on morning 2. We were charged for the 4 nights we had requested even though we only stayed 2 nights and have not received any receipts.

This hotel has not been maintained well. We’ve stayed here a few times in past years and it was much nicer then. The hot tub was not very warm, shower was not very warm. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception area and dining room left a lot to be desired. Breakfast selection was poor.

Great staff, always helpful. Lobby is loaded with amenities, coffee, tea, snack bars, cookies, a dining area, big screen TV, etc. Next door is Walmart and several fast food options.
