Finde Shrine of Our Lady of Grace Parish Hotels

„the staff very very courteous very welcoming excellent service from all“

„Room is clean!!! Have a strong AC!! my daughter sleeps well. Also, the 7-Eleven connected to the hotel is a lifesaver - no more venturing out for a quick snack or essential item! I have a great stay with my family. Thank you“

„Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate “

„The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.“

„Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!“

„Great hotel.“

„Good location in Binondo and walking distance to Intramuros. Service is on a good level but sure, always possible to get better. The bread at the breakfast buffet is not good, hope you find a better bakery for good sourdough bread and Baguette. But there is one important thing: please change the room description "sound-proofed"! The roons are comfortable (and i would very like to book the Suite) but it is much way too noisy from outside traffic. “

„Good value, staff was really great. Angeline was particularly sweet and helpful. I would book again.“

„+ Personal hilfsbereit, - Fruhstück mittelmässig, Lage in ungepflegte Stadtteil“
