großer Name - nichts dahinter
Für ein Wingate einfach enttäuschend. Abgerockt und verblichen. Nicht mal ein ordentliches Badetuch, sondern nur ein altes, hartes Kinderhandtuch zum Duschen. Die ersten beiden Zimmer waren nach Auszug nicht gereinigt und eines davon von innen verschlossen... Teppiche in den Gängen dünn und durchgetreten. Im Bad gab es mal irgendeinen braunen Unfall in einer Ecke - warum kann ich das immer noch deutlich sehen? Zu viel Geld für zu wenig Leistung.

The hotel is within walking distance of some restaurants. The ceiling and walls are peeling. The rooms smell sickeningly musty. The hallways smell of marijuana. The pool was dirty.

First the staff was friendly and nice. The hotel was dirty and the window in my room did not close. The room appeared to be wiped down not clean. The towels were wet.

I notified the front desk agent and the kitchen staff that there was a roach crawling on the food counter. It was crawling on the food counter surrounding the food. The kitchen staff informed the front desk agent at that time, during this time I mentioned to the front agent I just left another property due to issues surrounding the infested roach problem, and this is an anxiety for me. The kitchen staff located the roach, picked it up with a napkin and threw it in the trash can. Sorry, but i threw my food away and only kept the sealed yogurt. I refused to eat breakfast there the next day. And if I knew that this property had the same issue I would have not booked another night but it was too late. And later that night around midnight there was a roach in the corner of the bathroom. This must be a southern thing with roaches. But it couldn't be because I stayed at the Hampton Inn with no issues of roaches. As I mentioned the staff was great but sorry I would never book here again.

Usually stay here for business. Was VERY disappointed this stay. No t.v for the entire hotel, satelite was out. Folks that refreshed my room didn't place new toilet paper for the empty rolls - had to get it myself from front desk. Requested sheets be changed 1 time in 5 days - never done.

Several restaurants and fast food within 2 miles. Staff was always friendly and courteous. Walmart is a walk away, as us Murphys gas statiin and convenience store. Rooms are impeccably clean. The property is older and could use some work.

The property is in need of a update. We've stayed at this location on a few times when visiting home. The staff is ok but the property itself is in need of repairs and upgrades. Tile in bathroom floor was loose, phone in room not working. Dust on tv & night stands. Overall if the rooms are properly cleaned and sanitized the ratings could be better. As of now I rate this location as the bed, bugs and beyond.

Very clean and room was comfortable. Hotel needs some repairs ( peeling wallpaper, cracks and wayer damage in ceilings, molding pulling away from walls, chipping drywall). DO NOT LET THIS DISCOURAGE YOU FROM STAYING HERE! These are the nicest folks, great prices, and the breakfast was hot and fresh.

The rate was 92.00 plus tax and we charge 20 for a deposit which goes back to your card after 3 business days and this is explained during the check in process

Staff was great, the bed was comfortable and my boyfriend enjoyed the breakfast. My only complaints are that the rooms can be much cleaner. There was hair on the bathroom floor, a used towel hanging from the shower rod in the bathroom and a small stain on the sheets once we made it in the room. I feel like the room could’ve been cleaned better.

Home away from home
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we have always enjoyed our stay. It's even better with the renovations. The room was very nice and it was clean. The staff here is always so friendly and quick to help. They remember us when we go back. We'll be staying here again. Home away from home.
