The room and staff were very nice. I have 2 issues. The bed was too hard. Hotel companies spend too much on "amenities" and skimp on the most important item in the room. The other problem is an unexpected $25 charge on my credit card. At check-in, I was told, "the charge was in case I used something. The charge would be refunded at checkout." Then at checkout, I was told, "Expedia would have to refund my $25." I didn't use anything and I didn't stay at "Expedia Inn!" I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City, LA. I was disappointed and I will not return.
