I booked two rooms through Expedia and they were not connecting rooms. I paid for Valet parking through Expedia and Hilton charged me again. Maintenance needs to improve bathrooms, Housekeeping needs to do a better job on sanitizing the rooms.

the hotel lobby and location are up to standard for a city's premiere hotel.....BUT the rooms are not in good condition. The cheap plastic toilet seat wobbled by at least an inch. there was rust in the bathtub, the bathroom door knob fell off. BUT WORST OF ALL... the exterior door to the room did not fully close to engage the first lock. the security to guests in the room is at high risk. the door is now double bolted with the "flip latch".... but I likey will not sleep well tonight. Once again, I question....why pay double for a room that is so shody, when economy chains have similar problems, but for less than 1/2 the price.

The stay was nice but I self parked but was charged for valet service. No big deal except I could not exit the parking garage, luckily the valet guy was there to help me exit. For such a nice facility, that was a little of a let down. I will probably still stay there again in the future visiting my daughter at Centenary.

The hotel in my opinion is one of the better ones in the area. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good as well. There is a fee for breakfast, but it’s made to order. You can either valet or choose to park across the street. If you have bags you can drop them off at hotel then go park. Make sure to talk to staff for parking discount across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
