„Im Zimmer wurde vorher geraucht, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer war und auch als solches gekennzeichnet war. Das Zimmermädchen hatte vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen bzw. Betten zu machen. Es wurde auf Grund der Reklamation abends noch das Bett gemacht und die Mülleimer entleert. Bad wurde nicht immer mitgereinigt, sondern nur Betten gemacht und ggf. Handtücher gewechselt. Der Föhn war defekt und wurde innerhalb 4 Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. W-Lan hat im Zimmer nur bedingt funktioniert.“

We had suite #201, very spacy with two bedrooms; large main room serves as third bedroom, too. Very comfy and cozy, we loved it.
