„Wonderful hotel in downtown“

„This hotel was located in the downtown Omaha area, about three miles from the airport, so it felt close enough for convenience without being right next to it. Overall, the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern, and well put together, and the overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and updated. One thing to note is that there weren’t any convenience stores within easy walking distance, so snacks and drinks were mostly limited to what the hotel offered. The on-site restaurant was ...

„Für uns war das Hotel praktisch gut und sehr nettes Personal! Allerdings fand ich es sehr schade dass es fast nur Plastik und Pappgeschirr gab. Außerdem hat uns beim Frühstück etwas Wurst oder Käseauswahl gefehlt. Und dass die Zimmer alle Teppichboden haben ist nicht so unser Ding . Aber wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen ruhigen Aufenthalt und dass man abends noch so schön bei dem Feuer im Innenhof sitzen kann ist toll . “

„Ein wunderbares Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Zum Old Market sind es ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Zum Heartland of America Park sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Viele Restaurants (vor allem beim Old Market). Etwas enttäuschend war für mich, dass man für den Parkplatz als Hotelgast zusätzlich bezahlen musste (glaub 6 Dollar).“

„I was touched mostly by the staff. Upon arrival, I was met with smiles and a big welcome. During my stay, there was one person that was an example of an excellent rep for your brand. Her name is Buffy! I would come down stairs and see her at the desk and would instantly smile. My day would b off to a great start! Clone her if you can! “

„The hotel and room were very good, clean and comfortable. Although fridge in the room was a bit small. The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee they offered in the lobby. It was so dark roasted and bitter, it was not drinkable. Unfortunately the coffee provided in the room was dark roast as well. “
